  Place will try to fleece you. Needed an inspection and my pads were really low. I get that. I didnt mind the people but the Asian man at the front of the actual shop area calls the inspection man and scolds him for not clarifying that a brake job will always be pads and rotars and to never reccomend just pads. Im not stupid that car aint grinding and stops fine. I just got a lil wash and left. Car wash staff…

  At first I was excited to see a car wash that I hadn’t been to before, but was very disappointed when I got my vehicle back. I paid for the highest service where they are suppose to give you the works -( exterior, interior wipe down, vacuum, admiral, etc) and it was done very poorly. In my opinion they do not take their time and double check their work. They just try to push the cars through fast, do a very quick…

  wipe down and send you on your way. There was dust all through the car. They vacuumed twice and still had stuff on the floor. Armoral was sloppily caked on the tires. Smears from dirty rags on the exterior. No pride in their work at all. I hate leaving reviews like this. I’d rather leave positive ones. But this had to be said. They should have a guy at the end of the chain that checks all the cars and then trains the employees to get it right. All that said, in full transparency I used to manage a car wash and so my expectations are based from that time in my life.

  My boyfriend came in on Tuesday, 11/25, to get service done on his car, and the experience was unacceptable. The person behind the maintenance desk was coughing heavily all over him and even handled his keys while checking him out. Based on how sick he clearly was, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was also inside my boyfriend’s car. Not even a few hours later, my boyfriend began coughing, and the following day he…

  tested positive for the flu. Now I, along with the rest of his family, are also sick. The negligence from the service department’s management is shocking. I understand people need to work, but allowing an employee who is visibly ill with the flu to interact closely with customers is completely irresponsible. This situation could have easily been avoided with proper precautions.
