  I’m extremely happy with my service. Keri is always extremely professional and amazing. My car broke down and I was devastated. I had my car towed in the morning and it was ready by the end of the day. I would highly recommend and trust . These guys need more than 5 stars. The price was affordable especially in the climate.

  I had a great experience! They got me in quickly for my appointment, were able to fix the issue and it cost less than I had planned for. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the staff kept me updated on what was going on with my car. All around great and easy experience.

  They take such good care of my car. They always know how to answer any questions you may have and they seem to be very patient with people who may have anxiety about getting their car repaired.   This time it was only for an inspection. I wanted to wait for the car to be done so I made an appointment at the Harriman facility. I was on time and the car was taken inside within 5 minutes of my arrival. Comfortable, clean waiting area. I was actually in and out of there in 40 minutes. Great service from Freeman's! P.S. I have become a regular customer since the summer of '25. Try them . . . I highly recommend…

  This was my first time at the Freeman's in Harriman, and it was very pleasant, just as I have often received in the Monroe Freeman's. There is a good overall atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and professional. I would be happy to go there again.
