  The staff at Van Bortel couldn’t be more helpful and courteous. This is the second Outback that I purchased from them despite an hour long drive. Kyle was so helpful when there was an issue with my cashier’s check (not signed by the bank 😡) and had the car delivered the following day and saved us a second trip.   I was impressed to how friendly Kyle was, and how easy the whole experience was. The Forester I test drove happened to be equipped with everything i wanted, including the color choice. In terms of the deal, I got the 0% financing, complete with a rebate, which made the Forester less monthly than my trade in.
