  I recently went to this location due to oil leaking after an oil change. I had to wait quite a while in line, however my concern was addressed with care and ultimately they replaced a compromised plug which required draining all the oil and refilling. All at no expense. Thank you to the staff and especially Sean for his understanding and professionalism.

  Took my car here for a NYS inspection. They failed the inspection because my "front rotors were rusty, possibly caused by a seized caliper". I'm a graduate student, so my car had sat in the driveway for a week or more during midterms. The rust that they failed my car over was nothing more than a light surface rust that cleared up after I drove the car for a few miles. You can see in the picture that the area where…

  my caliper sat on the rotor is free from rust. My car passed without any issues at the shop down the street. I filed a complaint with the Department of Motor Vehicles Division of Vehicle Safety. I also called Valvoline corporate to be refunded the inspection fee. I wouldn't trust this place to change my wiper blades.

  Everything was great and the service was professional. The only suggestion is providing a better estimated time to complete. I was behind one car but only one bay was available so it took a bit longer than I anticipated. Otherwise phenomenal and the employees are friendly and professional

  The young women who checked me in was pleasant. Kind and patient. The young man Who inspected my car, was rude and miserable. Noticeably not happy to be there or to have to deal with customers. Will not stop me from coming to Valvoline, it is convenient and I like the service
