I have nothing but good things to say about the folks at Garber Randall Chevrolet in Canandaigua. I bought a brand new Chevy Colorado in November 2025 and after 6000 miles It broke down. initial Breakdown until the day that I received my new vehicle. After contacting General Motors customer service I was very frustrated as they were completely unhelpful and did not offer many options or solutions. However, after the folks that Garber Randall Put me in contact with the General Motors regional rep. Everything went smoothly and I cannot think David, Justin. And Alex enough for there efforts. My vehicle was replaced With a brand new truck and I and extremely happy. No one expects their new vehicle to break down especially after 6000 miles and I did give the dealership an opportunity to repair it twice. After it broke down a third time, I’m happy that They worked hard to make things right for me as a customer. From the minute we walked in everyone was super friendly. Charlie is very welcoming and knowledgeable. He made getting a car feel stress free. We had two small kids with us and they got the royal treatment! Drinks, snacks, balloons, crafts, and watched a movie. Highly highly recommend Garber Randall Chevrolet for buying or leasing!!
