  I went into West Herr Chevrolet with a truck in mind and a price I wanted to pay. I already had a truck that I loved but it was missing some features that I wanted in my last vehicle I will ever own. So it really wasn't a guaranteed sale for them as I could've walked away at any point and have been fine. I tried the Ford dealership that I bought the F150 from first and they ended up selling the Ranger I was…

  negotiating with them for before they finished the deal with me. Needless to say that was the best thing that could have happened to me as that led me to West Herr. I started to look around at other dealerships in the area and I found one on West Herr's website that had everything I was looking for and more. Next day I brought in the F150 and met Coy to get a trade-in estimate. Coy Whittaker and Sydney Knight made this the absolute best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They were both extremely polite and professional during the entire process. Coy spent almost his entire workday going to bat for me. He worked hard with his manager to put me in the vehicle I came in for and for the price I was looking for. Sydney was extremely polite and helped process the paperwork, setup the insurance, and answered every questions we had. I cannot stress enough what a gratifying and pleasurable experience this was. No other car dealership that I have ever dealt with made me this happy that I felt compelled to come on here and share my experience and leave them this review.
