  I went to do a state inspection for my vehicle at this location and had absolute horrible customer service. From the moment I pulled in they treated me as If they didn’t want me there and certainly didn’t want my business. The young lady who came out to “greet me” said well it will be over an hour wait and “do you have a tint exception for the those back windows”- mind you, my windows are not dark and I stated that…

  and she realized I knew what I was talking about and back tracked and then said ohh i was just looking at the back windows. She was trying to get me to leave instead of wait- it was obvious. Not a great feeling at all. Then I waited almost 2 hours and pulled back around and the guy doing the inspections came out and said “who told you to pull over here” in a very rude tone. No exaggeration at all. At this point I left. Though I waited this long, I refuse to give me business to a place that makes customers feel like they’re an inconvenience or as If i was some jerk. Whoever is in charge at this location should seriously think about who they have employed. I’m sure that I’m not the first person to feel this way and I’m sure it will make this location lose lots of business! Also, the open sign was off…it’s 2pm

  Don't let these guys touch non fluid parts. They offered to change my license plate that was out. Do I care they were unable to change it no. Am i upset they left this light hanging out and out of place absolutely. It was not like this prior to my visit. Possible they broke the inside of the holster but I'm hoping not be careful with these guys ESPECIALLY if you have an older vehicle.

  There’s a reason I do my own oil changes, but I used VIOC for an inspection that was due and I know I won’t ever do that again. This location is painful from the layout of the driveway/lot to sitting in their waiting room. I couldn’t imagine any child remaining calm and patient in there it’s so bland. No TV, no radio on, no coffee machine just boring and bland and would never want to sit in there again. Idk why…

  Valvoline allows people to walk on their garage floors, but this place is asking for trouble. Close to a decade since I’ve been to one and this here visit will mark my last.

  I was here early May for a NYS Inspection, it was around 1pm on a Saturday and they said the wait was approx 30mins. They got me in and got my out quickly. Daniel was the inspection tech, he was very polite and friendly. Wanted to share my experience b/c sometimes these "quick lube" gets a bad rap.

  Daniel was awesome!! Great customer service from start to finish!!! He was very kind and honest with me!!! He has a great understanding & attitude!! More people NEED to be like Daniel!! He helped me move some things!! He was just an amazing person from the word Go!! He needs a RAISE!!! Losing him will hurt Valvoline!! So w/that being said…Valvoline keep him Happy & give him a raise!! =]. I enjoyed my 1st visit…
