  pressured or rushed into making a decision, and he took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, always responded to texts promptly, and kept us updated every step of the way. One of the things we appreciated most was his ability to secure our Toyota RAV4 much faster than anyone else while still getting all of the exact specifications and features we wanted. Several other dealerships told us it would be extremely difficult to find the vehicle configured the way we wanted, but Steve made it happen. Steve was incredibly helpful from the initial vehicle preference and ordering process all the way through delivery and even after the sale. His attention to detail, honesty, transparency, and commitment to customer service made the entire experience seamless. If you're looking for a salesperson who is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend Steve Winchell. His combination of professionalism, communication, and friendly, no-pressure approach sets him apart from other salespeople we've worked with.   My sales rep was Ray and he was amazing! He was very personal, listened to what I wanted, and was very knowledgeable about the cars I wanted to try. Ray was never pushy with buying a vehicle. The whole process of buying a vehicle here was stress free! Everyone at Toyota was kind but I seriously cannot recommend Ray enough!
