  Dave was amazing. I am out of state and had a total loss event on my primary vehicle. Dave and the sales team made it a seamless sale and dealt with all the paperwork with South Dakota from the state of New York. The credit process was also seamless and everyone was amazing and constantly kept in touch with me through the process.

  I went to look and talk to car dealers all over Syracuse and Rochester. The only person who kept in contact with me was Scott Stocking from Romano Subaru. He would call to let me know everytime another Subaru I was interested in was available. Meanwhile, checking in with me to see how I was holding up (because I was in an accident that totalled my previous car). Little did any of these car dealers from all around…

  know, but my mom was also interested in getting a new Subaru as well. After talking with Scott, seeing how personable he was, him keeping in contact with me, updating me on deals and additional cars. I only felt comfortable bringing both my mom's and myself's business to him. If I could give Scott and Romano Subaru more than 5 stars I would.   We were greeted by Woody and told him what we were looking for and what color. They did not have the color that we wanted but he searched his incoming inventory and found exactly what we wanted and it came in early as well . Very happy with the experience there.

  The service manager and crew were great. Friendly. Helpful. Informative. DETERMINED!! The fourth service visit was successful. It was a bit of a mystery but they reached out to Subaru and got the info we needed. Romano Subaru is consistently professional. Highly recommend!
