  I traded in a vehicle and financed a vehicle with Subaru of Utica about a month ago. The process of the test drive and getting info on both the vehicle I was purchasing as well as the trade in value of my vehicle at the time was awesome. The vehicle itself is perfect and runs beautifully. My issue stems from the paperwork side of things. My registration took forever to be handled for my new vehicle and I was given…

  misinformation regarding the registration process. I am continually getting phone calls from this dealership asking for my assistance in completing the process because certain paperwork was not handled at the time of the sale. I understand that purchasing a vehicle can be a long process but this has been a ridiculous rigmarole since taking my new vehicle home. They are telling me that they cannot sell the vehicle I traded in until I get them a lien release that should have been asked for before I even pulled out of the lot. I was also told I had to go to the DMV myself and change information on a registration for the vehicle I no longer owned/ traded in when I didn't even have the title for said vehicle. Luckily the DMV was kind enough to reach out the Subaru of Utica and handle the registration for me. The vehicle is great, the process not so much.

  Jeffrey Hanson and staff were polite and helpful. The Showroom was neat and well maintained, compared to others I've seen. The staff was attentive to the customer. I didn't need to spend my entire afternoon picking up the car like I've experienced in other dealerships. I'd recommend them.
