  The only place I trust to work on my vehicles. Josh is always very helpful when I call with any questions. They are great with getting you your vehicle back the same day if possible. Had my 2020 jeep gladiator there Monday the 23rd to have repairs done and had it the same day. Get my oil changed here as well. Have been with Jerry Smith and sons for a couple of years.

  Bought 4 new Michelin tires there in 2025 and had them installed. First time I'd ever been able to afford a set of new and quality tires. Brought my car/wheels in clean. At first glance after they finished, I was shocked. Bead sealant ALL OVER the sidewalls. I was flinging globs of it off! I assume it was on the inside as well, where it could fling off onto the brakes.... One wheel got scraped all to heck, the…

  tires were considerably over aired, one was mounted inside out compared to the other three. Large balance weight on outsides of wheels, probably to balance the half pound of bead sealer.

  I paid almost $160 for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. When I left there my check engine light came on all of a sudden.I did not have a check engine light on when I brought my vehicle there but when I left there it was on. I didn’t notice it til the next day because my steering wheel basically blocks the view of the check engine light cuz I am short. I guess I have to make it a point to see if it’s on…

  after an oil change. I brought it back the next day not 2 weeks later and he tested it , said it was an evap leak. He said he would smoke test it for $80. He said that the leak had nothing to do with the oil change or inspection. There are several reasons why a check engine light would come on after an oil change.Obviously the issue happened after the inspection and during the oil change.This is my 4th Jeep Grand Cherokee and I have never had a check engine light issue come on after an oil change til I brought it to them. I will bring my vehicle elsewhere to be tested and never bring my vehicle back to them for anything.

  Response from the owner · September 8, 2025: Changing the vehicle’s oil, inspecting, and rotating the tires would have nothing to do near or with the evaporative emissions system in which the code came up for, when this customer stopped to get it scanned it was a couple of weeks after the service, if we had made the check engine light come on the vehicle would not of passed the inspection that we performed when plugged into the New York State inspection machine for emissions testing. Every vehicle runs a self test on its evap system each time the car is driven and multiple times during a tank of fuel. I am sorry you feel this way but please know the services performed would not cause an evap leak nor would we do anything to a vehicle like that. Please provide paperwork from another facility stating that the services we provided caused an evap leak, when the Issue is very common with this model vehicle.
