  My sales reps name was Tyler Coughlin. I went into the dealership with my heart completely set on a Mazda CX-5. Unfortunately, once I sat in it, it just wasn't the right fit for me. I didn't even say anything, but Tyler immediately noticed that I looked uncomfortable and asked if it was too tight. I was disappointed so I really didn't want to admit it, but he was absolutely right. I said yeah...it is. And kinda made…

  a sad face but he reassured me he had plenty of other options that would be a better fit. After I explained that I had been in a serious car accident and needed something with more room because of my knee replacement, Tyler immediately shifted gears and focused on finding something that would truly meet my needs. We looked at and sat in probably 6 or 7 different vehicles at my request, I apologized for being so indecisive, but he said that there was no need and I could take as much time as I needed. At no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured. He listened to what I needed, paid attention to my concerns, and helped me find a vehicle that fit me perfectly in both taste and physical comfort. What stood out the most was that Tyler never felt like a salesperson trying to make a sale. He felt like a friend helping another friend buy a car. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain every feature, warranty, and option in detail while making it very clear that everything was optional. I never once felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want or need. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Since the vehicle needed some work before I could take it home, Tyler kept me updated every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions, kept me informed on the progress, and made sure I never felt left in the dark. The finance manager was also really nice to me, and even the other sales reps! They treated me as if I were their customer even though I was working with Tyler. And I have to mention one of my favorite parts: I jokingly told Tyler that I had always wanted one of those giant bows on my new car like you see on social media. When I came to pick up my vehicle, there it was, complete with a bow! It was such a thoughtful touch and really showed that he goes above and beyond for his customers. Overall, Tyler provided the best car-buying experience I've ever had. He genuinely cares about his customers, listens, communicates, and goes the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience. Thank you, Tyler, for making such an important purchase such a positive and memorable experience! Your recognition is well deserved.

  Tyler did great at lining up multiple vehicles to test drive or inspect. Excellent customer service, communication and salesmanship skills. Very happy with the experience overall and highly reccomend asking for him if anyone is interesting in a down to earth individual!

  Prompt service. Friendly staff. My only issue was that I left my car to be worked on and wasnt going to make it back by 5:00. They said they would leave keys with the sales staff that leave at 7. I arrived at 6:30 just in time to catch the last person leaving! They closed at 6. He was gracious enough to go back in and get my keys.
