  Transit Carwash on transit rd in Lockport ny. Brought car in for inspection. And was treated very rudely by Owner Tim Lederhaus as he checked me out . Made a Comment back maybe he should talk to his customers better and not like a lazy employee. Been goin here for yrs and never had dealings w Tim in Past. If you own A business locally you should know how to treat people the way you want to be treated Im handicapped…

  and dont need the stress of a nasty old guy shouting like a fool. Cause your stressed never ever again will I return Or send my friends and family back there again!!! Sad how people are becoming! I loved the techs and employees in past always been cool . But Tim needs a chill pill! Done ranting

  Worst place ever!! I hate writing bad reviews about local businesses, but stay far far away from their car wash. This is the first time I have ever used their car wash and it ripped my antenna cover off. They got the cover out of the car wash. I asked them about claims and was told to go see the manager. I walked over to him and his response was “it looks like it was previously broken and it’s scuffed” (umm yeh it’s…

  scuffed because it was ripped off and blown on the floor), I said “look at my car do you think I would try to scam you out of a couple hundred bucks?” He then proceeded to tell me “ it’s an inferior part from Gm and we have had issues before and we will superglue it for you or how about taping it?” That’s not the right answer, If this is a known issue put up a sign! Needless to say I just ordered $150 part and I now I have to have it painted. I get it stuff happens at least split it with me I am not unreasonable, my car has 22,000 miles on it, I should’ve used the newer touchless wash like I always have with no issues! if I could give them zero stars I would. If they damage your car, they are not gonna help you nor are they willing to stand behind their establishment. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. I work for General Motors as well as I am a veteran and will let everybody know this is the type of treatment you will get at this establishment.

  This place tried overcharging me for a nysi. No repairs were done. Then they refuse to provide a receipt showing what the extra charge was for. Said that the state receipt was all that I needed, but charged my card for more than what the receipt was for. Nysi has mandated limits on what a place can charge for inspection. They can charge less, but not more.

  The car wash does clean the car wonderfully.. but it also creates deep scratches and marks on my hood and a couple on my doors. I avoid their car wash now but still go for the detailing of the inside and they do a great job with that 🙂

  I went to get my car inspected . The guys heard some ticking noises and refused to even hook my car up to the computer to read . I started to panic . They went to go get the owner in which he was unavailable . No lights were on . The kid told me that my engine needed to. E rebuild and they couldn’t do the inspection. Come to find out? It was my a/c compressor. They let me walk away in tears that my car that has been…

  properly maintained only has 80000 needed an engine rebuild ! I was a long time customer . I will NEVER GO BACK NOW .
