Unbelievable customer service with highly skilled mechanics! I brought my Ford Explorer here with a mechanical problem that no other shop could fix! This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. The woman at the front reception needs to take classes on business ethics and proper customer service. Your customers are the lifeblood of your business, so treat them that way! They should always feel valued, heard, and supported whenever they interact with you, not dismissed or talked down to.
