  Dropped our car off first thing Monday for an inspection after being told to. Heard nothing all day until we called; then were told it would be done Tuesday. Tuesday came, still no updates, and when we called again they said they wouldn’t get to it until Friday. Our car sat there for 36+ hours with zero communication. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. This place sucks. Take your car somewhere else.

  Recently, my Jeep was overheating on the highway, so brought it to the Jerry's at Towne Service Station. Said it needed a new thermostat, but that it was replaced less than a year ago went bad. The faulty thermostat was under warranty, so they replaced it at no charge! I was pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend this very honest and trustworthy local shop in Malverne, NY :)
