Run as fast as you can…. And if you can’t run, Please try to !!!!! They quoted me 450.00 to fix my AC…. Thank god, I got a second opinion because it wasn’t what they said it was…. It was only a fuse that costed me 40.00 AND that’s for parts and labor…… Should have read the reviews first !

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE**** **NO INTEGRITY** I had a very disappointing experience at this inspection shop. In the past, I’ve had emissions inspections done at other places on fairly new vehicles (under one year old and under 10,000 miles) and was charged $10. At this shop, they connected the OBD II device, completed the inspection, and then told me the cost was $37 when I asked. I questioned the price…
because my situation was nearly identical to prior inspections, but I took the technician at his word and paid with a $50 bill. I was given $13 in change. Before leaving, I asked for a receipt — something I’ve NEVER had to request before during NYS inspections. They hesitated before handing it over, and when I looked at it, the receipt clearly showed a $10 fee. When I asked why I was charged $37 instead of $10, I was told by the technician that only the dealership charges $10 and then asked why I didn’t go to a dealership if I wanted to pay $10. He then tells me to move my car out of the bay and then he would rectify the situation (yeah ok, so he can close the garage door) but I’m not stupid, I told him I wasn’t moving until I got the rest of my money. I gave him back the $13 I was given earlier. He then claims he doesn’t have any change (another lie) and throws my money into my car and tells me to leave and that I’m not welcomed back. This interaction was VERY dishonest and unprofessional. Customers should be charged transparently and consistently, and pricing should match what is documented. Unfortunately, this experience left me with little trust in this shop. If they’re willing go the lengths they did for $27, imagine what else happens. I left, went to the nearest gas station, got change and returned to the inspection shop and paid them their $10. Prior to all of this taking place, I was actually considering bringing one of my other vehicles here to get some exhaust work done, but this entire experience was a blessing in disguise. **BE VERY AWARE**

Run from here. The absolute worst and I think the already low reviews speak for itself. If I could give zero stars, I would. We brought our car in because it was shaking slightly at highway speeds. The car was drivable when we arrived. Without clear authorization, the shop removed additional components and made the vehicle significantly worse and unsafe to drive. When we raised concerns, the staff were dismissive…
and unprofessional, and refused to take responsibility or meaningfully assist. Instead, they repeatedly insisted we leave the car overnight despite the fact that it had been made worse while in their possession. Like you all think I’ll leave our car in your shop after you all made it worse so more damage can be done overnight? After whatever diagnosis they did, the vehicle drove far worse than when we arrived. Because we no longer trusted the shop, we carefully drove the car home on local roads with warning indicators on. We would rather take this chance than leaving it there. This experience reflects negligent handling of a vehicle, lack of transparency, and complete absence of accountability. Save yourself the stress and safety risk. Do not bring your car here.

Been going here since I was a teen and I’m still going. They give good tires, reasonable prices and I could care less about the wait.. but don’t take to to long they usually don’t
