  The workers name is documented. The first time i went over there my rim wasn’t properly mounted onto the tire. It started a leak 30 seconds after i put my wheel on. Had to go back for them to fix it with another worker who helped fabulously. I have no pictures because in the last photo you can see me in the garage working on the front left tire with the worker. To find out the original worker who did it the first…

  time messed up my front right tire as well. Didn’t properly seal it so i needed a tow to get to another spot. 3 Days later my back left tire started leaking due to horrible insulation of the rim. The workers had no idea that sealant stops a leak. They also wanted me to buy a new tire telling me that there was a hole near the rim, when i told them it was due to horrible insulating. Than they put sealant on the back left tire to prevent cost. Horrible Horrible experience I would never come back.

  I had a great experience at PEP BOYS of Elmont. I purchased a set of Cooper Adventurer All Seasons and good condition OEM wheels for my mom to mount them on. Three of my sensors broke and KEINO (Service Rep) went out of his way to find a used one just to get me by temporarily. Which I appreciate. That was unmatched customer service.   experience was great. Chris was great at the front desk. He was very informative on keeping me updated on the progress of my car. I really appreciate his customer service. Wayne at the front was very respectful and informative as well. I also want to thank Josh who changed my tires and Jamie who assisted him as well.   I recently went to Pep Boys in Elmont to have my tire repaired. The service I received was exceptional. I did not have an appointment. They were able to look at my tire and repair it all in about an hour. Chris helped me and he was wonderful. I have gone to other Pep Boys in my area and none compare to this one. I highly recommend this Pep Boys.

  They had to correct a botched job from a different pep boys. They reviewed what was wrong and corrected and did everything the other pep boys didn’t do. The wheel alignment and Freon. The master tech is very knowledgeable and I would trust all my cars with him. Not knocking the other pep boys but that other pep boys technician was horrible.
