  Be very cautious. My wife/I have only owned/leased Honda's for the last decade + and generally from the same dealership (North Shore). 3 years ago we were able to obtain a better deal at another dealership. It was during this time I did not feel the 'loyalty' reciprocated. With our upcoming lease expiring I decided to give North Shore another chance.   thought was a fair deal until sign/pick up. I was charged $1400+ for Capitalized cost reduction.. My deal was $0 down, sign and drive, DMV and first month. This is essentially a down payment that I did not agree to nor factor into my monthly payment deal. The fact that I was charged this and only introduced to it at signing is a complete and dishonest misrepresentation of the deal itself. Understood that each location is independently owned, however the brand of Honda is universal. I’ve included this note in a survey over 3 weeks ago without acknowledgment.

  Came to North Shore Honda for an oil change and tire rotation. Great overall experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and did not pressure me into unnecessary services. The maintenance was completed quickly and everything was explained clearly. They also completed my NY state inspection smoothly. Very satisfied with the service and I will continue bringing my Honda here in the future. Highly recommended!

  Went to NSH after an internet scam at another dealer. Called NSH about a used Pilot that looked similar to what I had just seen. The sales people were amazing. SO nice and accommodating. No hard sales pitch. All the vehicles looked very well maintained as well. Absolutely love my 2022 Pilot. Some of the nicest people I ever dealt with at a dealership. Highly recommend NSH!
