  Took my car to Norbel after my longtime mechanic sold his shop and I needed a new mechanic. I couldn't drop the car off as I didn't have a ride and had to wait with it and even as a new customer, Andy accommodated me and got the inspection done quickly with minimal wait. Super nice guy.   First time customer. I brought in my old car and asked Andy to look at it to assess if it was worth fixing or retiring. When he deemed it wasn't worth fixing, he was extremely friendly, honest, and wouldn't take my money after he spent time and labor on the car. He told me to save the money and spend it on a new car. I'll be returning whenever I need my car serviced.
