  car is not fixed. They simply replaced random parts of my car and hoped for the best, without actually fixing the problem. Instead of being upfront and saying they don’t know how to work on my car, they scammed my family and I out of so much time and money. I’m extremely disappointed, and I will tell everyone about how poorly they conduct business here. Save your time and money and go to a dealership, they cost the same! (Except your car will end up fixed at the end of the day) **update, after months of work and being patient, the woman at the front desk refused to take responsibility for the damage they did to my car. As I told her I wanted to work it out privately, she insisted they did no damage, and then I said I would have to take them to court. She then hung up on me. I myself work in customer service, and I would have lost my job. What a strange business, I’m shocked they’re still open.

  Billy guides you well i always used to come here to get my car fixed. My grandpa loves this soot to get his car fixed. They guide you well and are not that expensive compared to competition.

  We've been using this place since we moved here in 2020. The dealer told us it would be between $4-5,000 to do everything that was needed on our car. But we got it done there for $3,000! And any time we've had any issues with anything he's done (which has been rare) he has stood by his work. Recently we had the car in for something but mentioned another noise we heard. He didn't hear it. But when the problem got…

  worse over the following week and we took it back, he apologized for having missed the issue, repaired the problem, gave us some of the parts and an hour of the labor on him. We trust him and his work and will continue going to him for our repair and inspection services.

  Turned away for air pressure check, embarrassing. Takes 1 minute with the digital pressure checker. I always tip for this service because I used to work automotive. Small things go a long way, yes you don't want the mechanics to turn away from their current job but you can easily ask me to wait 5 minutes, not an hour For this alone, neutral rating. No comment on service as car was not serviced.
