  Savvy Automotive Repair is fantastic! The team is courteous, professional, and truly knows their stuff. Every repair and service I’ve had done was handled expertly. What I appreciate most is their honesty — they’re completely trustworthy and never try to upsell unnecessary work. It’s refreshing to find a shop that genuinely cares about doing the job right.   I went there in August 2024 to have my brakes done. Never felt like they were done properly. October 1924 every time I stepped on my brakes, the car shook uncontrollably. I finally in January , went to another mechanic who said they were the worst cheapest brakes that could be put on a car. When the mechanic took them off The rotors were all rusted and corroded. They said they were never done. The rotors were never…

  changed. I paid a lot of money and after two months, I had to redo them. This place is a rip off. They charge you a ton of money but junk and they charge a ton of money for parts. They didn’t even replace. Stay clear . Bad bad Business

  Have been a customer for nearly 7 years. Should have given them a great review long ago. The shop is well managed, organized and clean. They take the time to explain to you what the issues are and then do exactly what they said they would do. They are honest and get your car back to you promptly. They are a pleasure to work with.

  I just had my first visit to Long Beach Savvy and it was such a positive one! My inspection was expiring tomorrow so I needed to get mine done today. Most auto shops in Long Beach have hit or miss reviews so I was almost tempted to stick with my original place, but I'm glad I didn't. AND, I almost overlooked this place because, for some reason, I thought they were strictly a tire shop. I was told that my car would…

  be done in around 2 hours, but they finished in just over 30 mins.... very surprising because they look like they are non-stop busy! I was already aware that one of my tires were on their way out, so I wasn't surprised when they informed me of that... so upon picking up the car, they already had the pricing for me if I wanted to take it to them in the future. Most places will be pushy and try to get it done then and there, but I didn't get that impression from them, which is VERY refreshing! Other than that - the staff is very courteous and honest. And if I wasn't walking distance, I would've hung out and waited - the waiting area is clean and tidy.. you don't feel like you're waiting in a dirty garage. Overall, I would definitely recommend Long Beach Savvy to anyone looking for an auto body/tire shop in LB. Thanks guys!
