  I took my car in because my AC wasn't working and asked to change the oil and checked to see what was wrong with the AC. I was asked if I there was heat and I told Anthony that it was only the AC wasn't working I had heat. I was called back and told I needed a compressor which would cost $1300. ( had to order now because it was the last one in the world) and he wasn't sure It could be something and I would have…

  to leave a deposit. I told him I had to think about it and I I pick up my car, when I did the temp control and heat wasn't working and oil had not been changed, which he told me was and was charged $220.00. When I took it back I was told it was temp control. I informed him that everything was working except AC when I bought it in. The temp control was fixed but I still had no heating or AC. I was told he had to order a part and when the part was ordered I was told it still didn't work the numbers on part didn't match. I was told he had to order another part. ((NOT ONCE DID ANYONE CALL ME) When I called I was told by Carol he had to run home because the computer was down and he had to run home to get his computer to conduct business, I spoke to him when he called me back and was told he had called his Guyanese guy for part and didn't here from him and had to go to his house and he was on vacation. (You know how these Guyanese people are always on vacation). He told me he had to try and get the part online this was April 26, 2024. As of today May 24,2024 I haven't heard from him. I had to take my car somewhere else and get the heat (which was working when I brought it in) and AC fixed. Service and how I was treated is deplorable. Taking money for incomplete job. Hoffner should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!! The onlinepart
