  I usually don’t come to these type of places to do an oil change but since I have jammed packed schedule. I had to settled! When I went to drop my car off the two people behind the counter looked like they didn’t even know what they were doing to begin with! I should have took that as a sign and left. I paid online and they still was asking for payment first red flag! They called me 11:59 AM to let me know my…

  vehicle was ready. Second red flag is I kept getting a notification from my Mercedes-Benz app that my vehicle was unlocked. They parked my car outside and left it unlocked. I had to lock my car from my phone. I went to pick it up and they didn’t provide me a car health report and receipt third red flag ! I was told it would be emailed (still waiting ) when I got in my car to check the oil level I got a message saying “ Measuring Engine Oil Level.” I know when you do oil change correct it show the oil level right away ! Fourth red flag!! I got home left my car parked because I work from home when I was ready to go out I tried to start my car from my app and my car wouldn’t start now that’s weird. Fifth red flag!!!!! I had to come outside start my car while it’s cold because these people couldn’t do their job correctly. As I’m driving around, I’m still getting the same message measuring energy oil level. It’s been hours now. Why is this message still popping up as I got 20 minutes into the drive. My car is telling me. I need to reduce the oil. Six red red flaggg!! I went back the very next day one of the little thumbs in there told me they would have to drain the oil and put new oil. I said OK that’s fine now I’m thinking my problems is fixed after he told me that they did the oil change and the check engine light went away that was never the case the check engine light came back the very next hour I called to speak to a manager twice they kept putting me on hold went back and nothing was resolved. Mind you I have proof of these thumb switching his words on both occasions!

  Go to a different shop. They take absolutely forever here, even for incredibly basic things like a simple oil change. On top of wasting your time, they will significantly overcharge you for their services. There are plenty of other shops that are faster, cheaper, and more efficient. Save yourself the time and money and avoid this location.
