  I have gotten my 2003 Toyota Highlander serviced here a few times in the past with my dad and had some trust, but that was shattered worse than the engine cover that was damaged. I went for an oil change and to diagnose the check engine light on June 30th. I was told that the emissions valve had to be replaced, but the part wouldn't come in from the dealer until later, then that turned into the next day. I called…

  the following day and spoke with the receptionist who said the car would have to stay overnight again because the valve hadn't come in yet. I went over there in person to pick up the car instead because having the care just sit there served no purpose. Wouldn't you know it - a few minutes later and the valve was magically in now. I was told to wait 5 minutes for them to replace it (which was realistically more like 20) and all was paid for and done. This took place on June 30th - 31st, and I noticed today that the engine cover was broken and cracked. Not only that, but the bolts holding it were completely loose. This is the level of service and repair that they stand behind. I don't know if me being a lone woman and my car being old were a factor, but whoever the worker(s) who broke the cover, left it loose, said nothing about it and probably thought, "Yeah, this dumb b---- won't notice, whatever" can kindly go f--- themselves. Since they're OK standing behind this level of "service", I know they wouldn't mind at all if the same was done to their cars, right? I'll not be doing business with this location ever again, I don't trust any of them to even try and make it right even if they offered to. Take pictures of your car inside and out before and after, and trust no one. Oh and BTW, the check engine light came on again today, hence checking the hood and discovering this little surprise.

  Great service! I want to give an extra five stars to Janice. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I had to make one and be 100% truthful. I called the day before to make an appointment for an oil change and they were very accommodating. I stayed at the office while I waited for my oil change and Janice was so sweet and made it a great experience! She was absolutely lovely and helped me with my questions and concerns…

  and would keep me updated as the oil change was in progress. It’s nice to go somewhere that has great service (AND prices!!) but it was made special by Janice! I will be there next month for my inspection! Also! Prices were VERY fair, definitely better than most and they won’t push you for extra services that are not needed. They are very timely and services are great!
