  Used them for years! Nice people. I don't know what happened this time. I needed several things done. One major job and several minor. Left car with them while on vacation for 2 weeks. Said he had to talk to an associate about the major work. When I returned, he had my car another 2 weeks. Said associate was very busy. None of the work done, except a bulb change. ALL he had to say is, he couldn't do it. If they keep…

  telling you to call back many times, go get your car. Two people I sent to them for repairs had negative feedback. I was in denial when they told me. Before this I would have given them 4 stars.

  Ricardo is always pleasant and treats you respectfully and fair with pricing. He never tries to take advantage of an issue with the car. Some places will do this if you are a woman. I am pleased with his service.
