  Horrible Experience - Avoid This Place! I came here for a simple inspection and left with more problems than I walked in with. The moment the tech plugged in the machine, warning lights came on that weren’t there before—including a “Front Camera Sensor System Malfunction” that magically appeared. They then told me they can’t fix it and refused to complete the inspection. I rely on my car and I’m on disability—I…

  can’t afford to deal with unnecessary issues caused by someone else's mistake. Now I have to figure out how to get it repaired just to pass inspection. Absolutely unacceptable. Be warned: this shop will create more problems than they solve.

  Response from the owner · July 28, 2025: I am very sorry that you have to go through this issue but its not possible for the NYS inspection machine to cause these lights and malfunctions to appear. The machine simply reads data from the customers car and cannot change or do anything else to any vehicle

  Horrible service. I want my money back. I was charged unfairly for a service that did not meet expectations. This needs to be resolved immediately.

  Went there for a "free diagnostic" on my vehicle. Mind you o have had my car looked about a couple weeks prior. Mechanics made up a list of errors on my car that did not exist and would not even show me the list unless i decided to work woth them. Also, they tried to upsell me on replacing my battery for $250! Not honest work do not reccomend business with this shop.

  Took my car for service at their location , had my truck looked at and after the truck was pulled out of the garage I notice two small indentations on my front door , I notice small details … I saw my car go In the garage with out a scratch ; however when I spoke to the owner and the mechanic they both sent me on my way and said I was lying . No accountability , I drove an hour away to get my truck service , didn’t…

  fix my car and I’ve got two nice scratches on my door!, If I were you I wouldn’t bring your car to be serviced at this place . Now I have to fix it myself. Too bad is not the old west .
