  Every car I had ever owned was a Toyota, but I was looking to get into something different that fit my needs. Leonard quickly helped me narrow my search to a Traverse, and put me in a blacked-out LT with leather seats and all the things I wanted without going overboard.   sales a bad reputation, and it can be the nightmare you hear about. Take my advice and start with West Herr because I wish I had! We love our new to us '23 Chevy Traverse LT with leather, and I don't feel like I was mislead, taken advantage of, or that I overpaid. What a concept! My husband keeps saying "I can't believe how nice this (car) is." It's great to feel so happy about our new car, and so good about the experience buying it.
