  Went in for a NYS inspection to get plates, and even though friends told me that mechanics don't usually prioritize those appointments, I was seen quickly and out of there in about an hour. The employee who helped me was straightforward with me, took good care of my car, and was transparent about the wait times and my options for dropoff/loaner/waiting. The waiting area was clean and nice, the salespeople friendly…

  but not pushy, and overall I felt like I was treated like a human instead of just a number or statistic. When it's time for normal maintenance or oil change, I'll come here first.
