  I had the BEST experience with Lily Foster and Nick in Finance!!! They made this experience FUN!!! 🤩 Lily went above and beyond with texts and pics and making me feel comfortable in the process!!! Niko was nice to work with as well and we did purchase some but not all coverage that was offered. The managers each time we visited were welcoming and checked in to see how things were going. Several other staff were pleasant and courteous. all parties were super professional and personable making this major purchase decision a bit less stressful.   an add onto my purchase package… The first time we went to pick it up, I had to leave the car there because half of the car hadn’t been touched or cleaned. Was told the detail manager brought the car in himself to check it over the following day. We are now on day 3, I finally get my car back. My pictures are from AFTER the detail manager supposedly brought it back for a second time. The third row was never even touched either time! Dirt all over everything still, crumbs, dust. I spent hours tonight redoing everything. That’s just the beginning! When they called me to tell me my car was ready, I confirmed interior, exterior and undercoating was done. Was assured it all was. Come to find out, they don’t even do undercoating here! The only reason I even knew they didn’t do it is because my husband got under the car to check! And I know the exterior wasn’t done because the rims still had marks on them that were there from the car wash I take it too (from the spin brushes)! They lied about every step of this process. I paid a lot of extra money for add ons that this location couldn’t even follow through on. Which is fine, but BE HONEST. Don’t tell me it was done and wasn’t. I’d be very careful buying anything from this place. If they can’t handle a detail (with two chances nonetheless) I sure as heck wouldn’t trust them to be working on my car. How do you know they even did the work the work they claimed to do?! Typical dealership. Wants your $$ then doesn’t follow through with anything they say.
