  This dealership was amazing. They had the only Subaru uncharted with the color and trim I wanted within 400 miles. Another dealer told me there was no way I'd be able to get it and if I did they would overcharge me. Instead I talked to Justin and he found a way to get me that car and gave me a deal that was 3k better than the other dealership. He made the process so easy I didn't need to negotiate.   transfer my insurance before hand and when I got there they had a great set up where the tech guy went over the features and made sure my phone was connected. The finance guy made the process so easy as well. I can't recommend them enough and it was worth the 4.5 hours each way to get a car from them!

  Amazing experience. I had an outstanding time at this dealership Sergio went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He worked hard to get me approved for financing and explained everything clearly. I don’t remember what the guys name was, but he gave me a tour of my new car and showed me where everything is and how it works! He was very kind; good worker and knew how to explain everything well!

  My experience buying my new Outback Touring was wonderful. This is my 2nd Subaru purchase. Everyone at Van Bortal Subaru was so friendly and accommodating. The delivery specialist Shane was very knowledgeable and nice. My salesperson Sergio was so nice and helpful. I bought my first Subaru from him as well. I love my Outback and I definitely would recommend anyone to buy a Subaru from this dealership.
