I only come to this location! everyone is friendly and straight forward. I dont usually wait long or feel pressured into extra purchases or add ons. Sometimes if I wait too long to get my oil changed (I’m just a girl) they tell me very nicely not to let it go too far (which I try but yet again I’m just a girl) but I love this location and everyone is great

Took way longer than the Victor one, but Jason is so unfathomably based that it was well worth it. Jason needs to be promoted immediately, and must be protected at all costs. Jakob also was pretty epic. Both of them correctly identified the emotional support chicken nugget as being definitively not a potato.

The customer service with Valvoline on Monroe Avenue is the absolute best! People working here are great. I actually had to come 2 days in a row to be able to do an oil change and state inspection. Because the inspection is first come first serve, I would have had to wait hours if I wanted to get everything done on the same day. The girl working there kindly suggested I could come the following first thing and avoid waiting, which I did. Very satisfied with my experience.

The price increased by about 10% over the past 2 months since my last visit on May 10th. Also, typically the service members would remind me to provide a coupon or suggest that I search for one. They allowed me to remain in my vehicle and I fell asleep so that was good. Interestingly, the cost for an oil filter and 10 quarts of oil at Autozone was the same price as an 8 quart oil change with a filter from Valvoline.…
