  I have been coming here for 7 years. Today is the last day! Fraudulent place. They literally buy used oil . Then sell it to you for 120.00. Came in for an oil change. And watched a used oil company supply. Them Used oil. Research before you decide to go to them. Walm*rt has specials for 64.99 full synthetic. With brand new bottled oil. Save the head ache and upscale tactics .

  I visited the Valvoline service center for a car inspection, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The location was extremely busy, and there were no clear signs or directions showing which line was meant for car inspections. Due to this confusion, I accidentally entered the oil change line. After waiting nearly two hours with my children, a manager finally informed me that I was in the wrong line…

  and needed to move. I politely explained the situation and asked if I could return to my previous spot since the misunderstanding happened because of the lack of proper instructions. Instead of helping, the manager spoke rudely and told me to start over at the end of the line, which would have added another long wait. Thankfully, after I explained everything to the back car driver and he gave me place to pull over my car on the same spot. I understand that busy days can happen, but better organization, clearer signage, and more professional customer service would make a big difference for customers.

  Came to get an oil change and Steve(manager ) was awesome, he gave excellent customer service skills 10 stars. He made the visit comfortable and told me everything step by step what was being done to the car and what my car needed without feeling pressured.
