  Traveled far to attend my daughter's graduation and the oil light came on. Having just had my car serviced before the trip, this was weird. It turned out, they over filled my oil. A big thanks to Ruby Auto Sales, they got my car in the lift and quickly drained some oil. They were polite, attentive and easy to work with. Thanks guys

  Fine if you want to want inspection done but would never recommend for repairs or auto sales. The mechanic gave me a time slot and then denied to get the diagnostic done because he was cramped with work (did it 3rice). Absolutely no professionalism and transparency with prices. Most workers don’t know how to communicate so you’re literally taking a shot in the dark with your car.

  I was able to get my car back on the road, but I would not return. I came in for front-end suspension work and was told five parts were replaced with all new parts. A couple weeks later, after inspecting the work with another mechanic and myself, we found that only two parts were actually new and the other three appeared to be junkyard/used parts.   Update June 2024 gave me the run around on fixing my muffler and tire pressure gauge. Had it done at my old repair shop along with getting new breaks. Old repair shop is very good but, is far from home. June 2023 Very nice. Very helpful. Did a good job fixing my muffler and discovering the cause of the issues with my car. Will return.

  Husband showed up at 9am for a break job, they still weren't done by 2pm, raised the price by $200 and closed the garage door, making him wait outside when trying to ask questions... most likely won't return
