  I called to ask if they could look at my car due to some issues I was having that I explained to them over the phone. They told me to bring it in. When I did, I again explained what was going on. They had my car for several days (despite my calls asking for updates) before they actually called me again to ask me what was wrong with my car! After explaining the issue and being cut off mid-sentence so that he could…

  talk to me condescendingly, I was told that they couldn't do anything about it because the dashboard warning light didn't stay on, it came and went. If that was the case, why did they tell me I could bring my car in after I told them what was going on in the first place? I went all week without my vehicle because I was under the impression they were able to help. As a side note, the interior itself is also very off-putting. It's very dirty -- like, disgustingly so. And I'm not talking about the actual garage, I only set foot in the "office" area. I truly do not understand how this place has so many good reviews.

  Thank you to the friendly team at Roosevelt Service who fixed a latch problem with my hood on the spot and no charge. They would not take money! I had never been here before and now I will be back because these guys were salt of the earth.

  It's a very busy shop, so I called ahead and made an appointment with Sparky and dropped my vehicle off. The work was done and I was extremely happy with the service and was informed of an item that would need attention in the future, so I immediately scheduled another appointment for the following week and it was quickly taken care of and the charges were 1/3 of any dealership quote, soooooo Getting a free coffee…

  ☕️ or bottle of water 💧 doesn't equate going to a dealership and being talked down to like a child and paying 3 times as much..

  Sparky used to be so thorough and fast. Ive been waiting on an alternator swap for 5 days now. This sholud be a 2 hour job max. If i knew it was going to take weeks to repair i would have done it myself. Very disappointed. I have no faith in this business anymore
