  Judy was the best! She's been helping my family for years. She's genuine and personable- not there to just sell you a car. You can tell she's been doing this for years as she really knows the business and is very knowledgeable. She got me the best option for me and my budget. Also all the other staff and manager were extremely friendly! I won't be going anywhere else for my Mazda!

  Toby was my salesman. I had called around to a few places and decided to go in person to Mazda of West Ridge and didn’t bother going anywhere else because of the experience I had. Toby was on top of everything and very transparent. He was never pushy and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend and will go there again in the future!

  I read the reviews about Shawn, and I want to give an honest opinion without sounding biased. I understand that some people may feel he comes across as rude, but personally, I would rather work with someone who is authentic than someone who just tells me what I want to hear.   information, and worked very methodically. He is a very logical person, and I appreciated that he took the time to understand my circumstances instead of making assumptions. The entire process only took two days, and I was able to drive away in a beautiful car. He works quickly and knows exactly what he is doing. Yes, he talks fast, but if you ask questions or speak up when you are confused, he will explain everything. He never sugarcoated anything, and honestly, speaking with him felt like talking to my father—very honest, direct, and with no filter. He also gave me confidence that I would get approved for my loan when I was stressed and unsure. I respected that he was real with me rather than trying to “sell” me on something. I would rather work with someone who is honest and straightforward than someone who just kisses up to me.   This the second car I have purchased from this dealership and my salesperson Matt MacLean. I had my research done on which cars I was interested in test driving and texted my salesperson. The cars were ready when I arrived to test drive no waiting. The purchase and trade process was low stress and the deal was fair. They are extremely efficient with the credit application, insurance transfer and the back office…

  process was low pressure this is not the case at most dealerships. The entire transaction took less than 24 hours before I was driving my new car off the lot. If you love Mazda and this is my 4th one I highly recommend you shop at Mazda of West Ridge and see Matt. You will get a fair deal and above average service including any future maintenance on the car.
