  Very warm and welcoming experience at Marina Jeep. My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect and were able to negotiate a very fair deal.   We just traded in our (very old) Subaru Forester for a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek from Marina and were pleasantly surprised with the experience we had. Needless to say, many other dealerships have left us with not so great experiences, but this one was seamless from start to finish. We came into a situation where we needed to get a newer/safer car within a very short timeframe. We worked with Cody to secure the car for…

  pickup later that same day, which we very much appreciated. He was not pushy about anything, and super easy to work with. They recently started using a new program for larger down payments, and we happened to be the first to utilize it. There was an issue with it to start and it was coming up with an error, so we weren’t sure if our payment was going to work, but the company rep happened to be there that day and helped work through the issue alongside Cody. Even though it did take a bit of time, everyone was patient & committed to getting it fixed. All staff we spoke to were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Overall, no complaints, and we would consider purchasing from them again in the future.
