  Went to Klem's for the first time a few weeks ago with a non-functional car AC. They were very welcoming, and did the work quickly and efficiently. I felt my car and I were well taken care of. They also offered to look at and test my battery the same day when I called them back worrying about the voltage I was seeing. Just kind and knowledgeable all around, service quality that is harder to find nowadays.

  I have tried several garages in the Rochester area. I keep coming back to Klems, even though they are farther from my home. They are friendly, get the job done on time as quoted, and are more reasonable than the dealer. I highly recommend Klems when people ask where I take my car for service.

  First place in a long time that I feel like I wasn't ripped off. Friendly technicians who took the time to explain my options to me.   There’s not enough good things to say about these guys. Class acts, all of them. Had a solenoid wiring issue that nobody could seem to figure out and they nailed it instantly.
