A young man named Del provided exceptional service in assisting me with the purchase of a new car. I informed him of my desired vehicle, despite my limited credit history. He diligently searched for the ideal car that would accommodate my financial situation and offer the most favorable payment terms. Initially, I experienced disappointment due to my high expectations and the creditworthiness of my co-signer.…

However, the following morning, Del contacted me with excellent news. He informed me that I could proceed with the purchase by bringing an additional $300. Remarkably, my monthly payments were significantly lower than anticipated. I was delighted to leave with my dream car, a 2025 Nissan Sentra, which I had long desired since my teenage years. Del’s diverse personality and amiable demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. If you are considering purchasing or financing a car, I highly recommend seeking Del’s assistance. You will not be disappointed. THANK YOU DEL🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏼🙌🏼

Response from the owner · March 30, 2026: Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, Ceara. We’re thrilled to hear Del provided such exceptional service and worked hard to help you find the right vehicle for your situation. We know how important that moment is, and it’s wonderful to hear you were able to drive home in the Sentra you had been hoping for. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with Del. Congratulations on your new 2025 Nissan Sentra, and thank you for choosing Hoselton Nissan.

My wife and I worked with Harry Smith and Tim Mauer at Hoselton looking at the Toyota Grand Highlander and the Nissan Pathfinder. Our lease was up so we were exploring our options across various brands and SUV models. We had a great experience with both. Harry was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and found the exact trim level and features we were looking for. Tim was honest and straight forward with the…

pricing, discounts, and rebates to show us the best deal without the back and forth. Great experience and highly recommend.

Response from the owner · April 28, 2026: Thank you, Aaron, for the 5-star review. We’re glad you and your wife had such a positive experience exploring your options with Harry and Tim. Shopping across different brands and SUV models is an important decision, and we’re happy Harry’s product knowledge and Tim’s honest, straightforward approach helped make the process clear and comfortable. We appreciate your recommendation and thank you for choosing Hoselton.

I purchased a new 2025 Nissan Pathfinder in January 31, 2026.I noticed a problem with the bottom seat panels wrinkling within driving the first 500 miles. The vehicle currently has 3800 miles on odometer. Prior to making a service appointment at Hoselton Nissan, I googled wrinkles on leather on seats on Nissan Pathfinder and there were numerous problems and complaints about this same issue. I paid 45k for this…

vehicle and expected quite a bit more quality for the price. The service tech stated that nothing could be done about this because there were no split seams and to keep track to see if it indeed gets worse they might address the issue. I weigh 184 pounds and my wife weighs 134( she would not be happy if I divulged that) but that issue could possibly be a reason of excessive weight.I'm extremely picky as far as shape and condition of my vehicles and take great pride in what I own and I will not drive the car looking like that, I also own a C7 corvette, and a 2025 XT5 Cadillac.Anyone interested in a silver 2025 Nissan pathfinder SL at the Hoseltons now, can take a look at the vehicle and see that in a short time this car will have the exact same problem because its already shown , so beware. I would think a manufacturing defect would be covered but under a warranty but evidently not. To me, this car looks like a piece of junk .I will be looking into other avenues to get some satisfaction.

I want to start off by saying that my initial buying experience at Hoselton was great, they went out of their way to prep the vehicle and hammer out the details and worked with me on a tight schedule. The sales team in particular was great and the finance department was nice to work with when I purchased my 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited on October 28th, 2024, with 17,351 miles on it. I fell in love with the vehicle,…

and it seemed like an excellent purchase. However, my satisfaction has quickly diminished since I've encountered a serious issue with some sort of leak entering the vehicle. Around December, I noticed condensation on the windows, which I initially overlooked, as it was light and it didn't concern me much. I just cleaned the windows quite often from light condensation. The problem became undeniable in late February after a snowy period followed by rain while parked outside, which left standing water on the driver's side floorboard. Since late February I've been calling the dealership for assistance. I have all my call records, not ONCE has anyone gotten back to me to resolve this issue even if it's "out of pocket". Everytime I call I get the runaround, and get passed off to some voicemail. The contact I did have was in regards to scheduling an appointment to have my vehicle looked at, and to see if my "SUPREME QUALITY GUARD +" warranty might cover this, and "someone" would call me back. That was March 18th, I've since called numerous times The last 2 voicemails "unreturned" were to Dave Rogers, I guess he's the used car manager. The car now has a persistent STINK regardless of how many times I shop vac it, even the inspection and registration stickers have peeled off from the constant condensation. The problem is so severe that if it rains I won't even consider driving. I don't even want this vehicle anymore. After only driving 2,312 miles, I'm now pulling apart paneling and removing carpets in a attempt to find the source of the leak. Upon inspection, I've discovered missing grommets and clips under the paneling, suggesting previous work in the area of the leak. This experience starkly contrasts with the high level of service promised during the sales process and has left me regretting my decision not to buy a new vehicle. The "Supreme Quality Guard +” warranty was a significant factor in my purchase decision, but it has provided little comfort in the face of such poor post-purchase support. What is the issue here? Why no call backs, no service, no guidance, NOTHING? When buying the car the service was touted so much to the point that I felt completely comfortable paying a premium for the additional bumper to bumper 60 month warranty. Truly disappointed, I would have bought new knowing this is how a "serious" issue gets resolved.

Response from the owner · April 7, 2025: Dan- Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your experience with us. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this ongoing issue has caused you. We completely understand how disappointing this situation must be, especially after what began as a positive buying experience. Please know that your concerns have been heard, and we take them very seriously. We acknowledge the lack of communication and follow-up on our part, and we deeply regret the breakdown in service you’ve experienced. This is not the level of care or responsiveness we strive to provide. We will be contacting you today to get your vehicle scheduled in as soon as possible so we can properly inspect the issue and begin working toward a resolution. Our goal is to get this resolved efficiently and thoroughly for you. Once again, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to make things right. We’ll be in touch shortly.

We just left the dealership with a bad taste in our mouths. The salesperson who showed us the car was easy to talk to, informative, and had great communication and customer service skills. If we had only dealt with him, I would easily give a 4.5-star review. However, my sister asked to speak with Randy Ross, and the experience quickly changed. His attitude came across as arrogant and dismissive. As he leaned back in…

his chair, he carried himself as though he owned the place, with a very pompous demeanor. It felt as though he had little concern for the customer and essentially communicated that our business didn’t matter. Because of that interaction, we chose to leave and take our business elsewhere. Below, you stated, “Our General Manager did connect with you to better understand the situation and try to help.” That statement is inaccurate. We did not meet with the General Manager, nor did we request to. It appears either this response is meant for different customers, or there has been a misunderstanding. If neither is the case, it raises concerns about the honesty and integrity of the company’s response.

Response from the owner · March 12, 2026: Nisha, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your visit ended on a disappointing note, especially after such a positive experience with the first team member who assisted you. That is not the kind of consistency we want our customers to experience. Our General Manager did connect with you to better understand the situation and try to help. While we understand there may not have been anything further we could do at that point, we do appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback matters and will be shared internally.
