  Never go here. They stained my seat entirely blue with their mechanic’s outfit and the stain is permanent. They tried to deny it,then later admitted there wasn’t plastic used properly to cover the seat, their claims department won’t help me. This is a nightmare. I will be posting about this until a proper resolution is made, Firestone is at 100% fault. Seat was perfectly white before and I have evidence of that.

  Great service and the guys I spoke to both on the phone and at drop off/pick up were friendly and courteous. At pickup he took the time to explain the benefits I was getting from buying and installing tires there.
