  CAME IN FOR A $24 TIRE ROTATION - LEFT WITHOUT MY CAR - BOB JOHNSON CRASHED IT! DON'T GO HERE. I went in for a tire rotation today. First they tried to upsell me a bunch of stuff - which is expected - so no biggie. Then after about two hours of waiting for a tire rotation they tell me they 'bumped' the bumper taking it into the car wash. Turns out they DROVE IT INTO A POLE and smashed the front end. (See…

  pictures.) The people were nonchalant about the whole thing - I guess they crash cars commonly? Their attitudes were like: What's the problem? We will fix it? Here's a rental car. (Make sure you fill it up or there's a charge.). We don't mind wasting you time. (We have no idea when it will be fixed). It's no problem devaluing your two-year-old car. One guy even had an attitude when I was asking about the rental agreement they made me sign. No timeline. No compensation. Just ambivalence, attitude, and incompetence. No way I am going back there.

  Bob Johnson team was great to work with. Only issue I had was it took almost 6 hrs to finalize paperwork and get my truck. But I don’t think it was all their issue - Spectrum internet was down for a while and the person they rely on at the bank was out of the office for a while. But in the end I got a great deal in a new Tundra Limited!

  The process was quick, painless and at no point did I ever feel pressured to get something that wasn’t exactly what I was looking for! This is my first Toyota and I am so glad I switched!
