  Steve was great to deal with. I test drove a couple trucks to decide on the motor I wanted. Once we found one that had all the options I wanted, the negotiations were easy.   I really love the new building and everyone was so nice. I ended up having to use the shuttle as my "wait for the car" did not work online, or I did it incorrectly. The Driver was very nice, and I just work down the street. My car was actually ready within an hour, which I could have waited, but it's all good. I really do appreciate the new building; It has a more friendly vibe. This is my 3rd GMC Acadia.

  I went to Bob Johnson GMC South for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. These services took over an hour and a half. Then they informed me that the vehicle failed the inspection due to the check engine light going on when they opened the hood. The vehicle was fine and did not have a check engine light nor an issue with the hood before going there. The week before that I took another vehicle there and…

  waited an hour and a half for an oil change. They do not advertise to be a 10 minute quick service. So be prepared to wait. Based on my experience with other dealerships. It does not take that long for an oil change. Lastly, our GMC Terrian had a bad sensor. Bob Johnson GMC South ordered the replacement. When I went to get it replaced they called and told me that they could not perform the service because the system they used did not state that another part that was needed for the repair. As a dealership you would think they would be knowledgeable in every part needed for a repair. Sounds like there is a bigger problem if GMC's instructions failed to list all parts needed for the repair. I would not recommend going there for service. It is a shame since my wife and I have three purchased or leased GMC vehicles currently in our household.
