We had parked in this service station when dining along Dyckman Street but really appreciate how great they were when we needed new tires for our BMW x1. They ordered and installed 2 run-flats and balanced all 4 for the same price as Walmart and Tire Rack were selling them (not installed). Great pricing, honest service, easy mechanics to communicate with. Thank you Jose and JTE!

I went there for a very minor issue of changing the tire valve stem! They first jacked from wrong place and broke part of the body (to be fair it was rusty and weak, but they should know it!). Then they jacked from somewhere else and took the tire off and changed the valve stem. While doing that they hit and damaged the caliper and now it needs to be replaced. Simply, I went for a $50 issue and now I am on the hook…
for $500 caliper replacement.

Ive been here numetous times and never had issues or complaints. But yesterday not only i found the person fixing and repairing the tires rude and obnoxiius and disrespectful and racist. But arrogant. He inspected my tire and tells me tire not good buy a used one and i explained i ordered 4 new tires and to please fix this for now. He ahain telks me to buy a ubuy a used tire again. I told him just fix it please…
dont want a used tire. Ten kinutes later he comments telling me thats the way they drive with tires in cuba. I am not latin he asdumed i was because i speak fluent spanish and grew up with latin people and i respect all races and for a latin man to say a racist remark like thats i found offensive. And again he repeated himself that thats how they drive in cuba with tires like that. Then after i complained to managet he makes a wise remark after i kept and kept my cool. Again very rude and racist.
