  I’m writing this review not to talk bad about the place. I start going there since 2020. My concern is that my Rav4 I send it with my wife and they charge her $300 and something for a diagnostic, but that’s if applicable but my car have Platum Garantee . You as a new worker has to ask if you don’t know in some situations. Like me a 38,000 miles you should know it have some guarantee. At the end it took me a month to…

  get it fix . And I didn’t pay nada no nothing. This place you have to be vigilant check paperwork. To finish they always treat me well and professional . This time they detailing my whole car, even the engine.

  I entered at 8:30am and the maintenance was done around 9:30am. They parked the car in the parking lot after that, but I actually got it at 10:30. I feel like the extra hour is just to increase the billing time. Also, I never realized that doing wheel alignment was so expensive. This should be my last time maintaining my Toyota car here, I don't recommend it. Rip off.
