  Christian my service provider is very pleasant and always courteous, whenever I have any questions about my vehicle he always takes the time to answer my questions. Only issue I had was they had my car for 7 plus days and they couldn't figure out where the leak was from until I had to tell them it could be the sunroof and 20 mins later I get a text from the techs saying it was indeed the sunroof, then later I had an…

  issue with my tailgate not operating and they tell me it's going to take a bunch of tests to figure out what is wrong and I do my research and tell them well the HKL module gets compromised when there is a sunroof leak on the rear side and voila indeed the HKL module was fried up, I was wondering why I as a customer would have to do all the research when they should be seeing these issues on a regular basis and should be able to figure it out without having to inspect the car for 7 days plus 3 additional days for second appointment.

  My recent maintenance at BMW of Manhattan was flawless. A lot of work was done and it was completed on time and on budget as promised. A special shout out to whoever did the interior detail cleaning; the car has not been this clean since I first drove it out of the showroom. Not a single speck of grit or dirt anywhere from under the mats to the sunroof. Unbelievably good job.
