  I’ve helped four people buy vehicles from this dealership, and my most recent experience was the best one yet. The person I was helping needed to move quickly, and the vehicle they wanted wasn’t even in stock yet.   What stood out to me most was the honest, straightforward communication. Unfortunately, that’s not always something you find in either the car business or the real estate business.   Just for the record, this is not Melanie, this is her husband Rob. I searched high and low looking for a Toyota RAV4 prime. My wife and I had decided this was the car we were looking for. 2023 or 2024. We looked and looked and looked, found a few drove a few, but just couldn’t find the right one. I happened upon Nye Toyota and walked in the front door. I was met by a lovely young lady named Claire and with a bright…

  shining smile, she said let’s take a look and see what we have. At that time they didn’t have anything so I said keep me in mind for the future and my search will go on. Keep me in mind she did as she contacted me a number of days later as they had a 2023 they were taking in on trade. This car was a little older with a few more miles than I was hoping for, but it was in fantastic condition. The previous owners had taken excellent care of it. Claire fought for me to get the price low and affordable as they could. The manager was great as well. He understood my circumstances and did what he could to accommodate me. I put money down on the car and the wait began as they began the reconditioning process and got the car ready for sale. In the few days prior to the vehicle being ready, I happen to find the unicorn I had been searching for. A 2024 with 9000 miles for only a few thousand more. I made a deal on that 2024 and drove straight to Claire after. I was so sad because I really wanted Claire and Nye Toyota to get my business because they had been so accommodating through the process of buying their car. When I informed Claire that I had found another car that fit my needs better she again with that wonderful bright eyed smile said no problem. Tell me about your new car! I was stunned at her upbeat and cheery reception of losing the sale we had just made a few days prior. Even in defeat, Nye Toyota was graceful and accommodating. They refunded my deposit immediately and we shook hands and I was out the door. What a refreshing sense of respect and belonging I got from Claire, especially and Nye Toyota has a whole. Not only would I recommend them if you’re looking for a car, I would suggest you go there first, in the middle and at the end of your search. And if at all possible, buy a car from Claire as I wish I could have. She definitely deserves it. What a selfless sweetheart.
