Came with an emergency issue, couldn’t connect to the ECU, after a supercharger installation. The service manager heard us talking, came out and got the gist of our issue. Took care of us right away. Once we explained what we needed, which was just to be connected to the tech stream. He got a tech out to my vehicle, which was on a trailer.
