Required a flat bed to tow disabled truck. Staff friendly and prompt when called their shop. Tow truck arrived less than half an hour after calling them and did and excellent job with safety and vehicle delivery. Would definitely use them again

This place dosnt make up stories about your car to get you to drop big money to fix it like every other place around watertown. Came in for a state inspection and Walt was very friendly, he got me in and out in under 10 minutes, and didn't try to sell me any services like I've experienced multiple times at other service centers. I 100% recommend French's.
