  No stars for Bob Johnson. 5 days after buying my vehicle, the front differential lost its oil from a leaking seal after they had "fixed" it. They made two more attempts to fix the 4 wheel drive and then nothing. It's not fixed and they haven't attempted to come good on it. Now they ignore my phone calls through caller ID. I have even went the the General manager also, on the matter. But still nothing, except I have…

  filed to the Attorney General's office. Do not buy a vehicle from them. And also still haven't seen the spare key that was promised. Ps. It wouldn't let me post this without having one start. Which they don't deserve.

  I had some issues during my last visit to this location repairing my Jeep Sahara. I brought my concerns to the leadership at this location and they were able to turn my concerns into a “WOW” experience. I have lived long enough to know that mistakes happen but it’s how those errors are addressed is what matters and they people at Bob Johnson made me feel like I mattered and resolved everything.   I turned in a car that needed some body work done first and the body shop did an amazing job! Johanna was very friendly and helpful with the process. On the purchase of my new car I originally spoke with Mike on the phone and then worked with Joe in the store. It was a very smooth experience. There is never any pressure put on you as a buyer.
