  Close to a 5 on this one. My sales guy was great listened to what I wanted and hit it out of the park. The finance guys was great to although it felt like the room went cold when I told him all I would buy extra is GAP, almost like I was no longer important. All in all, great experience and ive no problem recommending them. Great sale Toyota of Batavia. Thank you all.

  Traded my Tacoma for a Tundra. I felt beyond forced into buying the Tundra. They made me feel like if I didnt buy this truck, they had someone else lined up right then to buy it. I see they have plenty Tundras sitting on the lot. Priced way too high as well. I did not enjoy any bit of buying a truck here. Trying to force you into buying their warranty. I see why tho!   headliner was cleaned so no leak was visible and first rain, water stains on the headliner. So much for honesty. They sold me a real deal heap of trash. Putting in another complaint with Toyota. The inside is rusted, trucks shot. Forced into the deal. I would never recommend this place. Theres a reason they have to force your hand into buying a truck, also why they dont do certified used. Because these vehicles are not certifiable.
