We were tight on time, as my son needed the car to get to work (in another state) and we were incredibly grateful that they squeezed us in.   Charlie and his team are great! Some friends and I were in the area for a visit and had an oil leak. Charlie checked out the car and gave me peace of mind that we could make it back to NYC with just topping off the oil and have it worked on back home. We made it back with no issues.   Ridiculous! $237.60 for an alignment. '22 Cherokee Latitude No parts needed replacing! They took full advantage of our need for the service to avoid trashing the tires.
